“THE STATE OF BEING series” 



In Symbolism of State, I appropriate figures from architectural design software, extracting human forms commonly found in AutoCAD blocks—figures that are often used to establish scale and space in urban and architectural plans, yet remain devoid of identity or narrative. These schematic representations, once mere functional markers, are transformed into glowing LED neon sculptures, reclaiming their presence and imbuing them with symbolic and emotive significance.




A child at play, a man lost in thought, a woman heading to work, and a father with his daughter—each embodies a fleeting yet profound state of being. Through the medium of light, these figures transcend their technical abstraction, becoming illuminated gestures of existence, open to interpretation and personal reflection.




This work challenges the relationship between schematic imagery and human identity, between technical planning and symbolic meaning. It explores how human figures, often reduced to mere drafting elements, can instead serve as luminous anchors of emotion, memory, and narrativ
